Extra virgin olive oil


In our olive grove we produce our own Chianti Classico DOP extra virgin olive oil. Thanks to the passion, innovation and quality of the production in 2022 it was awarded Best DOP Oil in the Gambero Rosso Oli d’Italia guide. The olive grove is constantly monitored by a team of experts throughout the year. Maintenance pruning followed by careful use of treatments and then timely harvesting ensure that the result is optimal. The use of the press in the absence of oxygen has yielded truly amazing results in polyphenols and organoleptic attributes.

Nose: intense with scents of artichoke and cut grass

Taste: artichoke, almond, with an aftertaste of thistle, rocket, pine nut and green apple

Usage recommendations: always raw on soups, pasta, cooked and raw meat, salads, croutons and pizzas
